Refund policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and we don't refund orders because of a change of mind, a gift that didn't land, or how a vote turned out. We will refund or make it right only in the cases below.

Project 001 funding goal. Project 001 is made only if at least 2,000 hats are sold by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 26, 2026. If we miss that goal, we cancel every Project 001 pre-order and refund the full amount paid for the hats, their shipping, and any add-ons set to ship with them, to your original payment method, within 14 days of the deadline. Print-on-demand apparel that has already shipped is yours to keep and is not refunded.

Never arrived. If tracking shows no delivery, or a package is lost in transit, we'll replace it or, if we can't, refund it. Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted. Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace the item, or refund it if we can't.

Wrong item or wrong apparel size shipped. We'll send the right one at no cost to you.

Billing errors. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges are corrected and refunded.

We cancel your order. If we cancel because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or because we can't fulfill it, you get a full refund.

Shipping delays. If we can't ship by the date we promised, we'll tell you before that date, give you a new estimate, and let you cancel for a full refund of anything not yet shipped.

Anything else the law requires. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under consumer protection law.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the U.S. dollar amount you paid, sent as USDC or another method we agree on. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Founding Seats are covered by the Founding 47 Seat Agreement, not this policy.
