The Founding 47

47 Seats. Numbers 0001 to 0047. Yours on every drop we ever make.

The Founding 47 are the people who make the first check possible. Each Founder holds one numbered Seat, carries a gold-label hat with their Founding number, and gets that same number on every future drop.

A Founding Seat is $8,647, paid by card or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC, or SOL).

What a Founder gets

The Founders package: a pair of Project 001 hats (one with your Founding number on a gold label, one from the main run), two tees, two crewnecks, two keychains, two enamel pins, two cart tokens, the full 22-sticker set, and a pocket Constitution with each hat.
Every future drop: a pair of hats (your Founding number plus one from the main run) and a pair of surprise Founder gifts that get better the longer you hold your Seat.
A voice in where the money goes: one vote per hat, the same as every buyer. As a Founder you may also nominate one organization to every sponsor-vote slate. Nominees go through the same vetting as everyone else.
Your name on the Wall, if you want it there.

The fine print

Seats are not refundable. A Seat can be resold: the seller pays a $186.47 transfer fee, and the new holder starts at the first gift tier. Every Seat is sold under the Founding 47 Seat Agreement, which each Founder signs. Federal tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(4) is pending; contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.
